Sessions are generally individual at your own pace/RPE with the encouragement (competition?) of the group

The session is held on the dirt track by the side of Putney Park Lane. Meet at the junction of Upper Richmond Road

  • 7-45pm to 8-50pm
  • Typically 1-2 Coaches
  • Planned Sessions
  • Time trials, Speed Work, Endurance Intervals


  • 9-00am to 10-15ish
  • Long Run 1~2 Laps of Richmond Park (1 lap=10-12km)
  • Roehampton Gate Cark Park, Richmond Park – by the Map
  • Run at your own pace – find or form a group of simialr ability
  • Start off together
  • Aim to meet for post run bragging rights and social in Cafe
