Another early triathlon result. Well done to Mr Nico Busca for completing Israman 2018, a middle distance in … you’ve guessed it … Israel! Looked pretty tough out in the desert. Nico finished 4th in the M30-34 and representing GBR was the only non-Israeli in the top 15 for his AG.
Back on the safer land of running, well done to fixtures sec-to be Heather Mayer for completing the Hyde Park 10k and setting a new PB. Well done to James Ellis for competing at the very tough looking XC Southern Champs.
This is my last regular fixtures blog as Heather Mayer is taking over. Big well done to everyone for your race results and massive thanks to Ursula for giving me the time and space to write these weekly blogs.
