I’ve spoken to many of you who said how eager you were to celebrate a fantastic season. Well the good news is that you can do just that by going to the Christmas Party on Saturday 9th December – see the newsletter for full details or email Jackie on social@fulontri.com

The great news as well is that there will be even more stuff to celebrate.

Indeed, Cheryl Boshi was in action at the Nepal Impact Marathon. After the race, she said ” 380m of climbing at over 2,000m altitude (very tough at 2,300m!!!) with views of the Himalayas / jungle / rural villages / endless inclines / technical descents / waterfalls / swamp & river crossings / exile medics / awesome people / very welcomed water stations… I’m physically broken but smiling.” Congrats and big High 5s! I think her previous (and only other) marathon was the marathon du Médoc. She obviously likes wacky ones!

Closer to home but still running, well done to super speedster James Ellis for smashing out the London XC champs and finishing in the top 25!
