Back to the not so serious matter of running. Up in Leeds, home of a famous pair of brothers, it was the Abbey Dash 10k run a fast and furious out and back run. Well done to James Ellis and Captain (Sian) Morgan. Sian got a PB 🙂 Well done! James claims to have slowed down to help pacing Sian … but really she caught him up. Soz bruv.

Over the pond, it was the NYC marathon. Euan Lees headed over to carry on his quest to do all major marathons in less than 3h (each, not grouped together) … and good news, he scored 2h56! Excellent work. Quick back, have a few long necks and eat fries.
