TRAINING SETS

Below are some of our training sessions which you can take away and try yourself.  The sessions are developed and compiled by our coaches but designed to be self led so you can take them to the pool, load onto your bike computer or build as a workout to upload onto your watch and complete in your own time outside of our scheduled training sessions.
