Covid-19 – Updates
From 19 July 2021, BTF released updated guidelines about coached training sessions – we have designed all our sessions in line with this and government guidelines, and will continue to adapt as the guidance changes and develops. You can find a copy of this guidance here.
Note: For the sessions below, you may need to book a slot so we can manage capacity in line with guidelines: click here for bookings

Track Running
19.30 – 20.30Notes
Bring water bottle, layers for running, plus warm clothing for after the session. Normal running shoes are fine. Remember bike lights if cycling.

Please note: no helmet, no ride. Check your bike before riding. Slower or less confident riders (Lane 1) are always catered for. No TT bikes or tri bars are permitted on group rides.

Come ready to run. All speeds and distances welcome. There may also be some hill running opportunities!

If you’d rather get in a brick session than a run, come along! Coffee and pastries after with the runners.

Intro to Group Riding

Held on the first Sunday each month only. A 1 hour session which covers things to do and things to avoid whilst riding in a group. Coffee and pastries after (there is a theme here!)

Swim – 5 lanes
16.00 – 17.30Notes
Bring towel, water bottle, pull buoy (if you have). This session is endurance based and has less coach support, so we wouldn’t recommend as a taster session.
