GENERAL

To place an order, select the item that you intend to purchase and follow the purchase instructions. You will be directed to our payment website where your payment details will be securely authorized. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order and without payment details being provided, orders will not be processed.

Your order will be confirmed by e-mail. This will confirm that payment has been received.

All orders made by you through Ful-on Tri are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you, or to anyone else, in those circumstances.

SPECIFICATION

Ful-on Tri reserve the right to change the specifics of any order without notification for goods or services of an equivalent standard.

PRICING

The total cost of your order is the price of goods or services displayed on the website. No VAT is charged by Ful-on Tri for goods or services. The price displayed will always be in Pounds Sterling.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and the price of goods or services may be incorrectly displayed. If we discover a pricing error, we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask if you wish to continue the order at the correct price or notify you that we have cancelled the order. We will not be obliged to supply goods or services at the incorrect price.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made using most major Debit or Credit Cards. Payment must be made in full before we can accept any order.

In the event that you seek to hire a bike box, but on the dates specified, the bike box is unavailable, the order will be cancelled and payment will either not be taken, or will be refunded to your account.

DELIVERY

Membership purchases will be confirmed by email.

Tickets for events and functions will also be confirmed by email. Should a ticket be required, the email confirmation will be your ticket, unless your email confirmation states otherwise.

Bike box hire will be organised by communication with bikebox@fulontri.com. The hirer of any bike box undertakes to arrange both collection and return with the relevant club official. Both collection and delivery will be from the designated storage unit at the convenience of both parties.

HIRE ARRANGEMENTS

When the service paid for, is the rental of a bike box, it shall be the responsibility of the hirer to treat the bike box with reasonable care for the duration of the rental period. Reasonable wear and tear is to be expected.

Any defects or faults that become apparent in the item provided should be reported upon the return of that item to the relevant club official dealing with such hire agreements.

By providing a Bike Box Alan for hire, Ful-on Tri Triathlon club do not guarantee the safety or security of your bike whilst in transport and accept no liability for any damage or damages howsoever caused whilst the box is in the possession of the club member.

CANCELLATION OF PURCHASES

You have the right to cancel an order for goods or services at any time up to 7 days after you have received your confirmation email.

Full membership runs from the date that you join Ful-on Triathlon club as a member until the subsequent 30th September and cannot be partially refunded at any point throughout the year.

If your cancellation is in respect of a bike box reservation, then the amount paid will be transferable to another date, subject to availability of a box.

In order to cancel an order, please send an email detailing your decision to cancel the purchase, to accounts@fulontri.com and copied to vicechairman@fulontri.com. An email confirmation will, at this point, become invalid for use as a ticket.
