Many people find swimming the most challenging part of triathlon. With good technique and training, you will make significant progress in your swimming ability.
For our swim coaching sessions, we split athletes into different lanes based on speed and ability, so we can cater for all levels – however, as a minimum, you need to be able to swim front crawl 400m continuously (e.g. 16 lengths of typical 25m swimming pool).
If you are unable to swim this distance continuously, we can recommend some excellent short swim courses to complete before joining our coached swim sessions.
